Thai

Not everything about globalization is bad. One of the good things
about it is that in my local supermarket in a small town in
Switzerland, they sell Thai food kits with various combinations of
fresh water chestnuts, white turmeric, red chilies, green chilies,
spring onions, shallots, garlic, kaffir lime, lemon grass, Thai
eggplants, etc. They also sell all sorts of Asian vegetables that were
unknown in these parts only a few years ago.

Sauté the ingredients of the Thai food kit in a little oil, add
vegetables and tofu (or meat, if that's your cup of tea) of your
choice, and Bob's your uncle, as they say in Britain.
