Cricket

"A cricket Test match goes on for five days. It is the only sport in
which it is impossible to say who at any time is winning, and it often
ends in a draw in any case. Four roughly seven-eights of the time
(when the ball is not being bowled, hit or fielded), nothing happens."

Josh Raymond, Times Literary Supplement, May 15, 2009.
